11 business social media mistakes and how to fix them

If you have a business and you want it to do well you can't do these kinds of mistakes and think your going to be around for a long time.









  1. Ignore complaints and customer criticism, customers want to be happy so make them happy and address their problems or issues with your products on social media.
  2. Don't forget to post to social media, don't get a profile and just post for the first couple of days and forget. Your building your name with a fan page. 
  3. Setting up to many profiles, get profiles you can manage within in one day, or hire help. 
  4. Remember to post big events on social media, you have it use it.
  5. Always put a picture on your profile, people want to know your real and you mean business. If not they will think your spamming them.
  6. Don't leave your profile incomplete, fill out everything on it so people know who you are and can spread the word, or better yet give you some likes.
  7. Send out professional updates on your profiles, don't just hire anyone off the street.
  8. Ask questions and give tips that is how people will know about your business and what your selling and buy your products. 
  9. Ignore competitors on social media, do what is best for your business. Now you can follow them but don't copy them.
  10. Make sure what you post makes sense.
  11. Don't be a copy cat, put your own spin on what you read.


If you follow these tips you can become a heck of a company that knows how to use social media the right way. All you have to do is use it.
